Pam de agua (“water bread) is a type of breakfast roll, with a crust and crumb similar to that of the French baguette, but in a serving size and with a distinctive shape of two rolls stuck together. Unlike baguettes, Water Bread is fermented only once, making it quicker to make and serve.
